Delilah, a little bit crazy turn of the century treasure hunter. She's been around the world _{in 30 days} and likes to wear the stuff she gets in foreign countries. She's probably from England, and follows the notion of the time that people from the Western World were more advanced from others. Because of this, she's more than a little Euro-centric, but she ins't mean to the other types of "exotic" people she runs ito, just a little degrating. Dispite being easy to talk to and great at making allies, she's secretly paranoid that everyones out to get her stuff. So she keeps it locked away somewhere. Probably.
